Returns
Before returning any goods to Pioneer Computers for any reason, you must first request a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Conditions for Warranty Claims
- Goods which are returned to Pioneer without an official Return Authorisation (RA) number will be sent back to you at your expense.
- All warranty goods must be returned in Original Packaging or Suitable packing with adequate physical protection.
- Return Authorisation (RA) number must be clearly marked on the outside of packaging at all times.
- Warranty is void if goods are damaged in any way or the warranty label has been removed or tampered with.
- Pioneer Computers Australia is not responsible for any data loss caused by the replacement of any components. It is assumed that all customer data has been backed-up before return of goods to Pioneer.
How to apply for a Return Authorisation (RA) number
Please collect the following information which will be required to process the Return Materials Authorization (RMA) form:
- Product Information (description, model, invoice number, warranty number, serial number and operating system)
- Contact Information (name, address, phone number and email
